Attorney Justin Gilbert is a very skilled attorney. He has been a huge supporter during a very difficult situation in my life. He is someone who you can put your full confidence in and know that he is not doing it for the money and is totally invested in your cause and will not let you down!

Justin Gilbert took care of our case quickly and professionally. We were able to resolve everything in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney who has your best interest in mind.

Justin Gilbert helped me! I was in desperate need of a lawyer that specialized in Special Educational Law. I called Justin, he listened to my child’s situation and quickly began to help me as our matter was time sensitive. He returned my phone calls and emails promptly, and with his help I received a settlement agreement that allows my child to go to the school of our choice. Justin changed the course of my child’s education and therefore his future. If you need a lawyer to help fight for your child’s education, call Justin, you do not have to fight alone, call Justin and let him help you like he helped me and my child!

There is no other attorney in Chattanooga (and possibly the state) who knows more about special education law and working with the school systems and the Tennessee Department of Education than Justin Gilbert. If you want your child's educational rights successfully enforced, you should call Gilbert McWherter Scott & Bobbitt. As the mother of L.H. in the precedent-setting L.H. v HCDE special education case (involving the IDEA, the ADA and Section 504), I assure you I know!
