Worthless.. I paid him 500.00 to represent a case. He told me he would work a deal with the Prosecution before the Court date. He told us more than likely the case would be dismissed without any problem.He told me it would work out without much trouble. Go to Court on the date of the case..he says just plead guilty to a lesser charge..it was not what we agreed to and it was not what he said he would do for me...so 500.00 for something I could have done on my own..No wonder people hate Lawyers.

I agreed to an uncontested divorce. I was under the impression that all parties would be notified of court dates, documents, some communication from Mr. Bible. This is not what occurred- I called the office asking that the court date not be set the day before my birthday (knowing that in Catoosa county the court meets on Wednesday). I was not notified that my ex-husband and lawyer were going to court, it occurred the day before my birthday, and I did not receive any documents afterward. A week later, I received an email from my ex-husband that said"here are some documents you might like". I had to infer by reading them that I had been divorced for a week.
Had I known that I would have to go thru something so painful, I would never have agreed to an uncontested divorce, and would have hired my own lawyer.
In the future, please consider how painful this is for all who are involved.
