I am beyond dissatisfied with the piss poor "representation" I received by Craig. The only interaction I had was when he took my money. After the contract was signed, and two separate pressing matters needing attention, that I had wrote a several page narrative for outlining the details. It was ignored. I was constantly attempting to contact and meet with Lane who acted like it was the first time we were discussing the information in the narritive, took other calls and walked in and out of scheduled appointments. He didn't answer emails or return phone calls either. In two weeks, we didn't really discuss anything substantive. He was constantly distracted.

He suddenly began renegotiating focus that we had discussed in our initial meeting. Made it sound like the agreed upon amount in the contract was arbitrary and that I was unable to speak to the lawyer directly. I had an interview with law enforcement regarding a potentially serious charge that could cost me my home and freedom and he wanted me to talk with him on the way there, giving me maybe 5 or so minutes to prepare, never having been in this situation prior. That is about the attention to detail you'd expect from a swamped public defendered who doesn't have a "paralegal" who when I mentioned I really wanted to speak directly to the attorney said " we just can't accommodate you as a client." After having a contract with me for 2 weeks. It is going to reflect poorly on my case due to their inability to give my matters the attention to detail they deserve. I'm a veteran on disability and hiring attorneys isn't cheap. There is no plausible way their rating can be 4.9.

TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THEY EXPECT ME TO COME IN AFTER 6 TO PICK UP A *CHECK* INSTEAD OF REFUNDING THE AMOUNT TO MY CARD KNOWING PART OF MY CASE INVOLVES MY CAR BEING STOLEN!!!

Lane and his Partner have been a tramendious help with my unfortunate case with the law. After long days and hours struggle just to find an attorney that would take the time to assist me with my case - even with the lawyers and companies that were referred to me by friends, PO, and the courts, it was becoming a frustrating situation I just wanted to avoid, but I couldn't of course. A friend of mine went to court last week for a completely ridiculous domestic violence charge between her and her ex. She told me after it was all over about how well this law firm did to help her get her charge reduced, as well as get it set up to be expunged from her record after a year. She said they were very good about being in constant communication with her so that she didn't feel so anxious and unprepared. Her hearing went exactly as they said it would. I met with Lane this evening he is wonderful and knows how best to help his clients or the clientele I really liked the fact that it was a free consultation and he was patient with me as I had a rough time finding parking he was concerned about me and waited till I got there and then let me inside the building as it was after hours I also like the fact that I do not have to have money upfront except for the filing and constables fees. He is not in it for the money I honestly felt he is more interested in my situation and how he can best help me.

Craig is a great lawyer, and the only choice you should make if you get into a situation with the law where you are unfamiliar. He listened to what happened, and even when I thought it was black and white and I had no hope, he explained what he could do and process, and made me feel very comfortable. He is knowledgeable and got me a better outcome than I could have ever expected. I was in a situation where I thought I had screwed my life up and Craig was able to get me into a situation where I could get back on track and put everything behind me. I wouldn't recommend any other lawyer if you are accused of possession of drugs or a DUI.
