Let’s talk Bankruptcy It’s hard and unpleasant I was a transfer to Jaime as my Fist Lawyer was a complete Incompetent Idiot. This guy was able to not only fix the problems we had and we are talking train wreck but he was able to simplify the ordeal. Not only is he Professional and always in communication with you it’s a family Business so no matter who you talk to “reception, or Paralegal “they are always up to date on your Info. No matter what you’re always able to talk to your Lawyer when there is a question big or small he is always Very prompt in his responses. I recommend this Law firm to everyone. Kevin represented my brother and me in a law suit concerning my late sister’s estate. Although this was a very frustrating experience and in my opinion a very unwarranted suit, Kevin was extremely professional and responsive in all of our dealings. We dealt with Kevin, Jamie and Lesa Prieto - all paperwork (initial disclosures, interrogatories, etc,) was submitted timely and it was very thorough. After two and a half years and multiple attorneys for the plaintiff, Kevin was able to get the lawsuit dismissed with prejudice. With great relief, we put this ugly episode behind us. If you need capable, knowledgeable, down-to-earth attorneys in Ogden this firm would be a great choice.

Jaime Richards was my divorce attorney I found on Google. I walked into my consultation and he was witty and humorous, but most of all, he knew his stuff. He was able to get my divorce done with MINIMAL work on my end. He went to all of my court dates on my behalf when I had to work. I wanted a fast and fair divorce and that's what he gave me. During one of my consultations, he told me that he could also help me with any business legal help. He was able to help me sell my business to my extremely difficult former business partners. Each time they try to communicate with me, Jaime handles all of the correspondence with no questions asked. Having him in my corner has greatly decreased my anxiety and stress. Once Jaime is in your corner, he has your back one hundred percent. I found him by chance on google and it turned out to be the best service I've had all year, hands down. Thank you Jaime!

Steer clear from this firm! Once they have your money, they will never get back to you! I don't know about the other Lawyers at this firm, but this review is for Kevin Richards. We were given false information on our case. He did not show up for an interview where a lawyer should be present. Our paperwork was filled out incorrectly. We were told we could pay half the fee upfront and half after the case was done. We got a bill within a month saying that wanted the rest of the money. I paid in full, which we came to find out was almost twice the cost for other lawyers. After our terrible experience here, we decided to go with another lawyer and asked that the remaining retainer be refunded to us. We have been trying for months to get a response and he has completely ignored us. We are told that he will get back tomorrow countless times and never receive any sort of contact. We have been nothing but patient and respectful during the whole process and have been completely ignored. It is really unbelievable how bad our experience has been and can't believe there are good reviews on here. This MUST be for the other lawyers at this firm. Stay far, far away from Kevin Richards! Seriously, worst experience ever... Hopefully this review will save someone else from this thief.

I've had Kevin as an attorney for years and I absolutely love him! He is very personable, prompt, and all around a great person and attorney. I went to their law office for a bankruptcy after a divorce that left me holding a lot of financial responsibility, not all of my fault because my EX could not be located, but after garnishments kept coming in I had to do something. I was walked through the steps and had everything explained in detail. I was always made to feel that I wasn't a client, but a friend. Thank You to everyone in the office for making this process less stressful.

Jaime Richards wrote two wills for us, one of which was a special needs will. He helped us by completing the work in an expedited manner and made sure what we needed was in the wills and tailored precisely to our specific needs. The work was excellent, and Jaime was extremely courteous, personable, and professional. His office staff was both friendly and helpful, and his partners aided us as needed. The costs involved were extremely reasonable, and Jaime took the time to work with other professionals involved. He made the effort to come to us when we could not come to him.
