Steve knows his profession well. He handled the process for my wife who came from Canada. Everything went smooth and much faster than expected. I've dealt with many attorneys over the years and I feel that his fees are very reasonable, especially for such an important life event.

My Wife hired this firm and was represented by the Mr Vosbikian senior. We paid an initial fee of $1500 plus the filing fee for removal of conditions, form I-751. We were told that the fee paid would be enough to cover the filing of the form and also being present at any interview we may, or may not have.

Yesterday we had an appointment to discuss her case and were blind sided by Mr Vosbikian who asked for another $1500 to continue her case. When I asked him to show me what he spent 6 hours doing on her behalf, he refused to show us. I asked him then to see an itemized bill and he refused to do that also. He told us that he would work one up and send it to us later in the day. He then asked us to leave.

After I sent an email asking for clarification he sent an itemized bill for $2000 dollars and claimed that we now owe him another $500, what???? Scandalous!

We continued the emails where he finally admitted that all the work was finished on my wife's case and now claims that he never asked for the extra $1500 to continue, and said it may be needed in the future, which is not what he said. He was trying to bump us for extra cash and it didn't work. Buyer beware!

My wife did the interview by herself and was granted the status we were seeking. My Wife went to her interview and told the person interviewing her about being asked for an extra $1500 just for the interview and he couldn't believe it. He said that was a rip off, we agree. Beware of over and double charging with this guy.
