Nick Mourtos and his staff provided excellent customer service throughout my case. They truly do care about doing their best for their clients. Nick is knowledgeable, honest and sincere. Upon leaving his office, after our initial consultation, I knew I was in good hands, and that this attorney was not just after my money. He looked out for me, while helping me keep my costs down. Thank you, Nick, Roxann, and Sharon!

My EAP program recommended this lawfirm. I went to the free consultation and met with Nick Mourtos. He was personable, professional and really listened to my case. He explained in layman’s terms possible outcomes and was honest in his opinion on the case. I felt so at ease in this consultation and the client experience was top notch. I explained the route I wanted to take and he was able to help me achieve what I wanted. Roxann his paralegal was professional and she answered my questions with ease. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

Within the last year I have retained the services of Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group on two occasions. The emotional, physical and financial strain of having to fight for your rights on issues of divorce and custody are immense. My lawyer, Marquis Jones provided me with excellent service as a person first, then a client. He believed in me and he was thorough in his preparation to represent me before the court. His expertise and calm demeanor grounded me and settled my anxiety, fears and frustrations. He equipped me from all angles with what I may expect during my experience. He prepared for everything in expectation of having to deal with anything that came our way. I am prayerfully thankful and happy to say that both cases he fought for me were successful. Court battles are life changing. You have to be vulnerable enough to put part of your life in the hands of a trusted attorney who can fight for you in ways that you can’t on your own. I highly recommend Marquis Jones to be an attorney you can trust to fight for you.

For the past 5 yrs I have been in a custody war with my daughter's Mother. It has been very difficult to obtain more time with my daughter. After hiring 2 lawyers and getting no where I felt as if I had no rights as a father. I called weinberger law group and i was introduced to Teresa Reicheck. From our first initial meeting she reassured me that she has dealt with these issues in the past with former clients who hired lawyers and failed. She came in with a solid game plan and executed. I would like to say that after my court hearing this past week my life has changed tremendously. Not only did she help me adjust pick up and drop off times for my daughter, we now have a fair parenting schedule and I am able to spend time with her on her birthdays and major holidays. The best part of this is I was granted 8 consecutive weeks in the summer and my child support was lowered from $125 a week to $40 a week in the summer. I could not help but break down in court because i have been going through this battle for 7 yrs and i finally have the relief I need because of Teresa. I highly recommend Teresa for all the fathers out there that feel like there is no hope. She's a bulldog in court and does not take no for an answer. She will get you what you deserve in all fairness.

Worked with Nick Mourtos for my divorce. He is intelligent and hardworking and I felt in excellent hands. He was very knowledgable about business valuations, which mattered to me as a family business owner. Impressed with the firm and so easy to work with everyone there. Nick and his team reduced my stress, got me what I wanted out of my divorce, and set me up to move into a future that feels secure and peaceful. Very happy client.

If what I got was the best representation the firm could offer they need to recheck! Dealing with ex who stopped paying alimony for months..told it was pretty cut and dry..even had proof ex was lying about his condition and they knew up front I had taken a loan from work and was desperately struggling because I had tried to work it out with ex and was stuck in my lease..I was told right up front 'NO..he can't do that..and judges hate when people take matters into own hands'..I was NEVER once told there was no enforcement other than wage attachment (he is currently appealing his declined SSDI)..during the process I had to continually ask to give deadlines because my funds were so limited..this should NOT have taken months to resolve..the night before court my lawyer said he ‘had a few ways to enforce' the tentative that was in my favor..felt so relieved because I told him loan was used up..he tells me the morning of court there is no other way..that would have been nice to know BEFORE..like when I first walked in!! He could have been honest and said YES..he can get away with this ..we can go to court but know that legally no guarantee of any enforcement if you win..That would helped in my decision..During my time with Weinberger I was NOT told my lawyer was out..TWICE!! First time with family issue that put everything on hold but I was not told..found out only because I wasn't hearing of any progress for 2 weeks and called because I was getting anxious not hearing from him..finally after weeks he was back..then again after a few more weeks and more silence found out he was out again with concussion but they were going to 'turn me over' to another attorney since no idea when he would be back..they NEVER stated she was 'more expensive' and are now billing me the additional for even though none of this was my doing or my fault...after meeting with new lawyer the original lawyer came to court..and I found out that morning he just started back after out 4 weeks and was not allowed to be on phone, computer, etc due to severity ..When we got into court ( him telling me my tentative was totally in my favor and rarely gets changed) he was completely and totally scattered in his thoughts (even my brother stated as such and that we were totally 'outgunned') I DO BELIEVE HIS CONCUSSION AFFECTED MY REPRESENTATION.. my financial future was at stake..and he then stated to the judge that I would have been better off financially if my ex had DIED. (And I had already told him ex was using every thing he could to make me look bad to my kids and even changed paperwork to make sure it was not inflammatory) He later sent me email about how he and the judge joked about that comment because even the judge couldn't believe he said that. That it took the 'air right out of the room' ..now my kids are distant with me and I do believe it's because of that statement getting back to them..WHO says that out loud in a courtroom? The judge then changed everything in the tentative and my ex is already back partially in contempt after my so called 'win'...and now after me giving them everything I had financially thinking my tentative would give me at least some financial relief ..paying another 1200 refresher on top of 2500 retainer right before court (now have to go to court by myself to file contempt AGAIN)..they sent me a huge bill of 2400 MORE (with more expensive lawyer fee added) and the interest they are charging me?? is more than the payment I can afford to give them each month! Least I am trying to pay something when I have nothing to show but a worthless piece of paper..Yet lawyer says we WON?? Only thing I won? Was a huge bill with ridiculous interest and estranged kids! As I said..if THAT is their best? I'm so much worse off than when I walked in that day! They called me a 'favorite' client..were they nice enough people? Sure..so am I..but I wasn't paying for niceness to me..I was paying for someone STRONG to go up an abusive, controlling ex who took the law into his own hands! And HONESTY about whether he could do that! I stupidly trusted them!

I was extremely mislead during the consultation. My case was divorce, child support and custody. I was told my retainer would be $3500 and that should cover everything. I never had the need for a lawyer before so I didn't know much about this. I was never told during the consultation that my lawyer was $325 per HR which lead to using up my retainer in 1 month. Even though I was told 3500 "should cover it". He even said cases like this I would get $5000 retainer per issue, Adding up to $15000 but the lawyer said it would be easy especially since we had no assets. Now fast forword to a year later... I had to put 3 more retainers add up to 15000. And all I got was divorced that I could have done myself for $399 There was alot of paper errors and even called CPS 10 times to leave messages ($85 each ). We never made it to custody hearing because they wanted more money that I did not have. Expensive lesson learned

I know how it is to be lost, not knowing what your next move will be, searching for an attorney that will have your best interest at heart. Given my brief background, I got separated in February 28, 2010, retained a lawyer and filed for divorce March of 2010, got a Judgement of Bed & Board Divorce in April 2011 due to the court order of relinquishing marital property. In March of 2013, when all financial liabilities were satisfied, I met with my attorney at the time to convert my Bed & Board Divorce to Final Judgement of Divorce. The attorney gave me the runaround talking about "What's the rush?" "Are you planning on getting married soon?" which was very discouraging because this was someone I trusted. At that point I was lost, not knowing what my next move would be. I consulted with other law firms afterwards, but didn't feel assured that they could get the job done efficiently. I remained in marital limbo for the next 4 years.
This year 2017, I decided to give it another shot in finalizing my divorce. In March, I stumbled upon Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group through google when searching for the best Attorneys in South Jersey. I chose the Mt. Laurel Office of Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group because it was close to home. I decided to get a free consultation from Attorney Marquis D Jones, ESQ., because of his credentials and he was highly recommended. I knew when I first met Attorney Marquis Jones that he was the one I wanted to retain. Attorney Marquis Jones is very professional, open and honest, giving it to you straight, no fluff or B.S. What impressed me most about Marquis was when I explained to him my situation and showed him documents of previous motions, he strategically showed me in various ways what he would do in getting my divorce finalized; I was sold. The overall staff at Weinberger Divorce and Family Law is very professional in dealing with their clients. Attorney Marquis Jones's paralegal Sharon Smith is very helpful, pleasant to talk to, responds back to your calls and also knowledgeable about your case. The amazing part about my experience in dealing with Marquis Jones ESQ. is my case was settled in two months time! Not saying that it would happen exactly the same way for everyone else, but with Marquis Jones ESQ. and the rest of the Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group, they are all about getting results on your behalf, having your best interest at heart.

Great law firm, great people. Thank you so much for all you did for me and my children. At every twist and turn in my divorce, my attorney was compassionate, understanding, and caring…and I never doubted for an instant her ability to fight for me! These are attorneys who truly care about their clients. They are there for YOU and always have your best interests at heart. They answer calls and emails, greet you with a smile, answer all your questions, and get you results!

This firm put my family in danger. They have no integrity and acted recklessly unethical while terminating me as a client two weeks before a court hearing that they failed to prepare for. I was left misinformed and a vicious set of lies were told to keep them from being held accountable at all. As a direct result, I was jailed and lost custody of my daughter. The whole reason they got a generous retainer was to protect my daughter from a harmful situation. She is now home after another firm did everything humanly possible to get her home safely, but the emotional damage she and I have suffered from that nightmare is permanent and she needs to be evaluated at a pediatric psychiatrist and psychologist to even begin her healing process of what she lived through. They also called opposing counsel and our judge for a conference call I new nothing of and could no speak on my own behalf. They figured I never would have found out about it. Gabrielle Nonnenberg-Reid, Melissa Hoffman and Bari Weinberger are all responsible for this awful occurrence and didn't give a single thought as to how their actions would effect my daughter.

Gabrielle Nonnenberg form this law firm did an exceptional job with my Child Support/Custody battle. She backs up all her arguments with a substantial amount of evidence. Please Do Not Underestimate her. She is a professional caring and compassionate lawyer that genuinely cares for all family members involed with the case. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone needing assistance.
