Best attorney you can ever hire!. My husband was not given oath ceremony on the day of interview and case was put on hold. We hired Aneliya after second interview. Our case was straight forward but several attorneys did not believe as uscis conducted second interview. PLEASE spend a minute of your time and read my review about my incredibly complicated immigration case ! I ve been with my husband for 6 years total and 2 years we are officially married. After our marriage due to my immigration status we started to search for attorney to resolve that matter. We spoke to several of them but after discovering few details they basically refused to take us,knowing that won't be able to comprehend it..The main issue was is that my husband lost his company with over 3600 people in staff and of course this disaster affected his credit history and etc..
But we were lucky enough kind of by accident to meet Aneliya Angelova. Truthfully i was skeptical about her at first, as i though due to young age she won't be able to accomplish our matter just like others...But right after our first consultation in person she gave me hope and ensued that everything will be settled. This is how we started my very difficult case around 2 years ago.. And difficult is because it had such a big amount of issues involved, started with tax issues,involving sponsor for our paperwork, me and my husband relocating all over the place as he is involved in aviation. Yet she settled everything in very short period of time and prepared us for interview.. But what an unexpectable shock for us was when literally 4 days before interview we discovered that USCIS have final order of removal from USA on me..! Which was signed all the way back in 2009 in Florida. I never new ANYONE who would of have or been in the same situation...
Well.. i will never forget the day we showed up for the interview knowing that i can be deported right away.. Basically few min after we started, the officers showed up and took me out of there starting deportation process right away and contacting my Embassy..

Where do I begin? I can not even describe how grateful my wife and I are for Angelova Law Services! It all started when my wife came to the USA on a b2 visa ( visitor visa ) 5 years ago, we extended her b2 Visa and then got married. After we got married we applied for i485 + i130 ( adjustment of status + and documentation we were legally married.) Not knowing any better we hired a Philadelphia Lawyer we found through online searches ( not going to mention his name), and that lawyer made our case a living hell! During our initial interview it was found that my wife lied on her original b2 documentation at the US embassy overseas , we apparently were fraud-ed by the overseas agency who had originally applied for the b2 visa for my wife. At the interview our i130 was approved but the i485 (green card application) was denied, our former lawyer did a waiver for us i601( waiver for inadmissibility) but that waiver was also denied due to poor waiver construction and not enough evidence of my hardship to prove if my wife was deported how it would effect me the United states citizen. He appealed the denial and that was also denied. He missed 2 of our interview dates because he was out of country and did not even bother to tell us as we stood there like idiots in the USCIS office in MT LAUREL NJ. Our waiver was extremely difficult as it was for FRAUD. FRAUD waiver rarely get approved apparently unless the waiver is STRONG and constructed by the most experienced lawyer. We don't have any children and this made this even harder for us. It seemed like AMERICA just did not care, they just wanted to deport my wife. On top of this I had major medical conditions which to USCIS were minor and did not have any justice with the waiver our old lawyer built.

At this point which was about 4 years in our case, we were left with my wife not having any kind of status in the united states and was listed for being deported on the deportation list. She had nothing, NO ID, NO social, NO status ( ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT ), Nothing , just me. They could have shown up anytime to deport my wife. So thousands of dollars later, denial after denial , we were on the fringe of giving up and just self deporting out of the united states and leaving my whole family and business behind.

Then by god's faith we met Anyelia from Angelova Law Firm , Anyelia not only built our NEW i601 waiver but she also saved our marriage. She always had a smile on her face, even when we were down she always kept faith. She never hassled us, She never thought she would lose this case. SHE ALWAYS STAYED POSITIVE! Anyelia kept in contact with us consistently and without any interruptions! EVERY OTHER LAWYER BEFORE HER WANTED 10K just to LOOK at our case, Anyelia did not, and now come to think of it I WOULD PAY ANYELIA MORE than 10k ( please don't charge us more now lol) for the work and outcome she did for us.
