We are so thankful and have been very blessed. Thank you Charlie!

They took care of me and answered all my questions. I will be willing to work with them in the future as well as pass there name on to other friends and family.

After becoming injured, on the job, I found myself in the unenviable position of having to prove my case and innocence. I've never been in that circumstance during my 34 years of dedicated employment. My employer, FedEx Express, denied that my incident would be covered by Worker's Comp. I felt betrayed by my employer, and specifically my Ops. Mgr., for essentially not believing me and by trying to refute the circumstances surrounding my injury. Soon after explaining details surrounding my case, Attorney Shultz removed my anxiety about the ensuing legal fight.
He was not simply personable and sincere, but his expertise and competency in the arena of Worker's Comp. cases gave me clear, tangible hope we'd win when appealing to a Judge. Not only was Attorney Shultz easy to reach during normal business hours, but we spoke several times "off hours" from his personal cell phone. Before our hearing, we discussed many of the nuances of fighting to prove innocence and to, hopefully, salvage my reputation and integrity.
Post trial, Attorney Shultz reassured me the argument was clearly articulated and we'd made our case. A bit sooner than Charles had expected, he received news that we'd won. He had discussed that his firm would also begin work to recover permanent damages and remuneration from my injury after winning round one. He did and we did.
Not only did I have my reputation intact, but I was compensated for lost wages through Worker's Comp. and awarded a financial settlement resulting from my second hearing.
Impressed? Clearly. As a 60 year old, college grad., I can hold my own. I don't want much from this life other than to be treated fairly. " Do unto others..." Without Charles Shultz by my side, fighting for my integrity, I doubt the end results would've been this good.
Charles, I thank you .
