Called in to inquire about possibly using this lawyer based solely off of the reviews. The receptionist that answered my call was lacking soft phone skills. She wasn’t warm nor welcoming especially when you are answering calls from potential clients who may be facing life’s unfortunate events already. That turned me off as she’s the first point of contact. If she is any indication of how I would be treated here I’ll just look elsewhere. First impressions are lasting impressions with me.

Kerri is outstanding in every way. Not only an excellent attorney but kind, intelligent and compassionate. She and her staff went above and beyond to quickly, efficiently and successfully resolve my issues with my adoption and the difficulties with not having access to my sealed Adoption File. I needed a Certified Birth Certificate to get a Real ID but was having trouble getting it because of the Closed File restrictions.
