Juda at Gabaie & Associates was a tremendous resource at a difficult time. Prior to closing on a new home, I was informed of a tax lien that was posted almost 10 years ago, just 2 weeks from my scheduled closing. This never appeared on a credit report and I was never notified of the judgement. This situation put my closing at risk and potentially blowing up the entire transaction.
