Review: Choose IncFile , LegalZoom or your own attorney. This my company works (formerly known as My New Company) is THE WORST. We've missed the invoice (moved to a different address) and they sent us to a collection agency within a month. Collection for what? I've paid a year upfront. They told me they have a "resignation fee" There is no fee to resign as a Wyoming registered agent, and standard processing time at the Wyoming Secretary of State. This company is a SCAM.
