I have a case open against these people. They not only refused to help me with a valid case, they did not call me back, claiming to have done so. I called them three times, no return call, so visited their office in person and confronted the man who lied. The taxpayers are paying for this group. What are they doing for us?!? I would say nothing.

Very friendly person who are willing to help you look for answer, and fight for what you have put into that the company should have never taking your money in the frist place. Especially when the company knew both person who are on the account has deceased. And should pay every dime back to the widow who names should have been add to the account in the frist place.

Took 23 phone calls in 6 weeks to FINALLY get through to someone. Then instead of listening to a quick summary, the operator told me I'd have to drive into Reno and take a course on how to file in small claims court. The damage to my truck and rv totals in the $6k range. Then she told me I'd have to go to a different seminar before I could speak to an attorney.

Good people fast service

They said that they only help the rich and not the handicap and poor. To bad they missed out on the opportunity to really make a difference
