I used Nevada Registered Agent LLC as the registered agent to form my new LLC. I had some issues with the State filing process and needed to change information with Nevada Reg Agent. They responded quickly. I also needed a form to file with the Nevada Sec of State that only the registered agent could provide. They provided that quickly. Later, when I needed to change the name of my business, they were quick to respond to inquiries and update my business' profile. My interactions with them on the phone were very friendly and professional.

Still have not received a follow up from Oktoberfest 2017. Never received an email when confirming I would like a refund for a canceled event. Now it's been canceled again, they promised to reach each contact and provide a refund. I can't even get someone on the phone. Very sad since I've used them so many times in the past

Cost me additional money when registering LLC in Nevada - had to change / amend registered agent name as SOS Nevada wouldn't accept registered agent name. Not helpful in resolving issue.
