Review: I used NAS for two closings. Each time, I or my agent had to contact them to provide me with information or documents, instead of NAS being proactive in sending documents and keeping me up to date. In the second closing, they didn't tell me about an important issue until just three days before the scheduled closing, even though they knew I was out of the country.
