I used NAS for two closings. Each time, I or my agent had to contact them to provide me with information or documents, instead of NAS being proactive in sending documents and keeping me up to date. In the second closing, they didn't tell me about an important issue until just three days before the scheduled closing, even though they knew I was out of the country. And then they didn't even tell me that the sale had closed, or send me the final documents, until I asked. I used them the second time because they already knew all the details from the first closing and I hoped it would make things go smooth. Alas, it did not.

Lousy! I arrived on Friday at 2. It clearly states on the door open 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. The doors were locked and lights were off. No sign on the door. Horrible.
