Horrible on all levels!! I do not know how or why my buyer choice these "so called" attorneys. Very unorganized and unprofessional!! Please take note to all their negative reviews.....Trust me that they are true!! If I could give them anything less than 1 star, I would have.

I utilized Hankin Peck PLLC for my closings. Not only were they extremely responsive in handling my request, but their personalized service and ability to offer simple, clear, and effective solutions was unmatched. Highly recommended.

We had a 9:00am appointment. Several staff arrived after 9:00. It turned out one of them was our attorney, who arrived at 9:10 and didn’t get us for our closing until 9:25. We had another 30 minute delay with their closing staff. The 2 delays cost us an hour, with movers waiting to unload. Unnecessary stress, first thing in the morning, added to an already stressful day.

Closing process was horrible. NO communication even after numerous calls and emails. They just ignored all parties. Most unorganized closing office ever! Do NOT use them! You will be sorry!

Worst closing legal team I have ever used! They made so many errors, horrible communication and lacked professionalism. STAY AWAY!! They are over capacity with all closings for “Open Door” sales so they cannot focus on other customers. Absolute nightmare!!!!!

Jon was extremely helpful and timely when I closed on my townhouse. He made the whole process simple and I had zero problems working with his firm.

I think Hankin Law is getting too busy too fast that they drop the ball on paying 3 of my vendor invoices for 3 different back to back closings. The reasoning I was given was that the vendors could have lost the checks but that's 3 out of 3 closings on different dates. What are the odds? Maybe I'm just the unlucky few but I don't know, you make the judgment call. You all need to ensure the vendors receive their payments because if they don't, your clients homeowners insurance coverage, property tax, or anything else they didn't get could be dropped, etc. This hasn't happened on my other closings with other attorneys so just a heads up....I will say that they do respond fairly quickly to my emails and have addressed the issues but this is an area that needed major improvement because of the potential liability and reputation you could incur if vendors/etc. aren't paid timely. If you use them, you just need to follow up with the vendors that they pay as it seems they all have the same issue.

Would not recommend this firm for their real estate closings: unprofessional, poor communication, lack attention to detail/timeliness. Received the first draft of seller side of closing statement with less than 24 hrs before closing; seller's wired funds weren't received til 48 hrs after closing; commission check wasn't cut for a full week after closing (received at office 9 days after closing); and as of 2 weeks after closing home warranty company had not received their payment.

Jon and his team are great to work with. Very responsive and hands on! I would recommend them for any real estate related needs.
