I believe Rhonda is her name. She answered the phone and wouldn't allow me to finish a sentence or finish asking a question. She kept talking over me and interrupting me. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending in her tone and demeanor. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she arrogantly said she was the supervisor. I said there must be someone above you and she said yes but he wasn't there and he wouldn't care anyway. Beware! If I could, I would not give any stars.

I went in today at 3 PM. I wanted to ask how affidavits work and the process of sending them to someone. She was very rude and wanted me to pay for services of front. She also said that she didn’t know what Affidavit are or how they work. How can she be the only person there in a place where legal services are sold and she doesn’t know what it is. Very rude, never coming or recommending anyone to go here!

These people are very rude and unaccommodating - on top of that, they put the wrong property address down when I was trying to add my wife to our current residence.( which is on my license, which we needed to get it notarized) When I notified them, they just kept repeating that "You signed it, you signed it" Assuming they had experience in this, I would assume they would have me sign the correct documents.

Unprofessional, rude and condescending staff. Don't waste your money, do it yourself divorce paperwork is available online for much less money.
