Review: I believe Rhonda is her name. She answered the phone and wouldn't allow me to finish a sentence or finish asking a question. She kept talking over me and interrupting me. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending in her tone and demeanor. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she arrogantly said she was the supervisor.
