This woman Linda was hard to get in touch with and then when I finally did... She was unsympathetic and told me"you should have saved for this type of thing"... I told her I did save and that money was depleted therefore I had no choice but to call for help!
She dismissed me like I was bothering her.
Well that is what I thought this organization was for. Aparently it is NOT!
