Greedy revenue model. They turned down an easy wrongful death case (personal injury being noted prominently on their web site along with the phrase “we do it all”) that they were immediately interested in but only if I would agree to pay a consultation fee. My case is already in the settlement phase but I did not have the opportunity to share this. Their receptionist should be trained to not let business slip away due to an archaic money scheme. Big red flag.

MOBO Law was a pleasure to deal with for my estate planning! They were very professional, responsive, prompt, organized and they create a comfortable environment for dealing with legal matters. I've also had quite a few friends and clients use MOBO for business and real estate transaction services and they've all been very pleased with the law firm. MOBO actually cares about their community and I've seen them sponsor and their staff volunteer in many local fundraising events. I will continue to use MOBO for my legal needs whenever possible in California and Nevada and I recommend that you do the same...unless you're taking legal action against me!

I gave MOBO law a scathing review about their lack of ethics and business ethics that should be investigated by the Attorney Licensing Board , Law review board , Attorney General , District Attorney.
Richard Mosbly demanded I remove the review because he didn’t want the ethics board he was going in front of to read it . And now I see the review has been removed.

Not a fan of how they do business. For $375 an hour, I wouldn't expect to have to pay for copies, 3% on the credit card, etc. It comes as a surprise when you get your first bill. Personally, charge $390 and make it all inclusive rather than having what I would consider tacky add-on's.
