After getting injured, and receiving assistance from my daughter in handling my case, I had reached a point where further assistance was needed, so I was advised to seek out professional help. I work in construction, and when I was injured on the job I was completely unable to work. The workers comp insurance company was largely unhelpful and unresponsive to the things that I needed. Very grateful we were able to find such an amazing team to help us out. After my wife's car accident we ended up having to go to the E.R. twice due to the injuries caused, she was unable to work for almost a month and had to go to physical therapy for a month and a half. I have never written a review in my life, but when an attorney has treated me as well as Robert Kilby I felt it was a necessity. I have been in two wrecks since I have lived in Reno. The first wreck I had no idea what I was doing and everyone told me to just pick an attorney out of the phone book. I did and the attorney (NOT Robert Kilby) I saw left me in tears telling me I should just handle everything on my own. I don't think my case was big enough for him.

So I did attempt just that, but again I had no idea what I was doing, and ended up after the case had closed paying more medical than I had expected. I have a graduate degree, so I am not someone who thought I would have so much trouble and should have been able to "figure it out" on my own. It was so stressful and I did not of course know how all the laws worked.

The second wreck several years later I lucked out. A man at where I had my car looked at (the same day as the wreck) referred me to an attorney named Robert Kilby. I went straight over there and was treated like gold from the moment I walked in. His staff even served me tea and they all were very concerned about my welfare from day one.

He took care of everything! I never had to talk to the insurance companies once. I had studded snow tires on my car I wrecked, and when the insurance companies tried to give me a car that wasn't good for the snow he made sure I got a better vehicle.

He checked in with me to see how I was doing medically often. He even charged less than most attorneys. I thought my settlement was fair and spot on. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and patient with answering questions and got back to me right away the times I contacted him.

I could go on and on, but the main thing I want to convey is he is a great attorney and person. So far I have referred four friends to him and they have said the same thing and thanked me over and over.
