We hired Mr. Davies for one of our cases (DUI) back in 2017 and we loved how he helped us out in that case that we hired him again in 2018 for a different case! He has a lot of knowledge and knows his laws! He tells you exactly how things are and not what you want to hear. He tells you the possible out comes good and bad on what way it can go but does not promise anything because it's up to the judge as you should know in any case. We hope not to get any more tickets but if we do I know for a fact Mr. Davis will be our first choice! I highly recommend Mr. Davis to anyone needing a Criminal Justice Attorney!

Richards paralegal was absolutely amazing at her job. However the "lawyer" didn't even know how many kids I had when it came time for court. Mr Davies is awesome in the courtroom. I recieved a traffic ticket that I felt was not justified. I provided Mr Davies with basic information including photos and related documents. He took that information and used it to my complete advantage on the whiteness stand! His method of questioning people on the stand including myself was precise and directly to the point of my argument! Even when some of my evidence was attempted to be thrown out by the prosecutor, he argued and got it filed as evidence in my case.

We hired Richard Davies for my boyfriends case. While in custody he came to visit my boyfriend only 2 times, he never responds to phone calls, one of his secretary Gloria is very rude. Went into court with no knowledge of the case & got ate up by the DA. We fired him & getting a refund! Don’t even bother if you’re in custody because he does not value your life.
