The absolute WORST NV Family Law attorney ever hired to represent me in a gender biased (anti-male) erroneous complaint (TPO) filed by a notorious Washoe County divorce/relationship and court recidivist of frivolous complaints against males. Every bit of defense prep Mahan suggested to me was later used as evidence AGAINST me by man-hating pro-tem ref of Chuck Weller's department! Mahan was not properly prepared for my court date and appeared LATE. As a result, she only further confused the pro tem with case details, and even failed to protest the addition of another contempt charge slipped in on the day of hearing, in addition to the one I had hired her for! To make matters even worse, she charged an unreasonable fee of $1500 for a 1 hour hearing for which she LOST and FORFEITED! Being overweight is most probably her EXCUSE for her continued tardiness, laziness, and incompetence. Fired!
