Would never use them again!! Sarah, the attorney I (rarely) worked with was interested in the beginning of my case and after I signed the contract, she was disinterested in my case. I was in an auto accident-100% not my fault. She was abrupt, rude, and worst of all did not provide quality and/or timely counsel. She often was not in the office and I spoke with her assistant Amanda instead. Amanda was extremely kind and she was a joy to work with. Unfortunately, Sarah was not. She WAS NOT AGGRESSIVE NOR DID SHE FIGHT for me or my case, contrary to their t.v. advertisement. This so called attorney could not get reimbursement from the insurance company for one day of missed work (out of 17 missed total)! When it came to obtaining medical records, I did most of that! She refused to send my doctor a packet for information stating, and I quote, "well, we charge you a thousand dollars and getting that back from the doctor can take months and months." When I spoke with my physicians office, the medical assistant who has worked for my doctor for many years stated, "no it doesn't, it takes about 1 week. It sounds like you need a better attorney who will advocate for you." When speaking with my doctor at the last visit, he stated he never got a packet from my attorney's office so he could be precise in reporting all injuries. I found Sarah to be an awful attorney who displayed laziness, apathetic attitude and absolutely no fighting attitude for what I had gone through. I can't stress enough how disappointed I am with this law firm. Don't have regrets like I do, go somewhere else!!

READ THIS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THESE PEOPLE FOR LEGAL REPRESENTATION!!! Especially if you have never dealt with lawyers or a lawsuit before- I had such a TERRIBLE experience with this firm several years ago that it has stayed in my mind and bothered me for years. I hired Bill Jeannay after I was involved in a car accident. However, I actually only spoke to him twice. I primarily dealt with his aid, assistant, etc.(unsure of job title) who, in hindsight, was obviously new to practicing law. She failed to properly or thoroughly explain ANYTHING to me. I was young, naive, in my twenties. I hired these people help me better understand a difficult situation that I was in and they treated me like I was an incompetent idiot. In our final meeting Bill Jeanney had the audacity to look me in my face and tell me THAT I HAD BEEN A DIFFICULT CLIENT- mind you, I hardly ever spoke to the guy!!! They failed to communicate and blamed me for it. They were unprofessional, unkind, and completely out of touch with the needs of their client. I’m a Reno-Tahoe local and have dealt with several great attorneys in the area since this experience. I now fully understand just how poorly I was treated by Bradley, Drendel & Jeanney.

I recently was referred to and engaged Bradley, Drendel and Jeanney for assistance with a relatively small motor vehicle accident claim after not being able to reach an acceptable settlement amount when dealing directly with the other party's insurance company. My case was nearing a filing deadline and I needed to chat with someone as soon as possible Mark promptly returned my call and got the ball rolling. Jackie, Sarah and Amanda provided understanding, legal expertise, excellent advice about options and recommendations about how we should proceed. Their communications with me were timely and comprehensive. Due to their knowledge, passion and diligence, the other party's insurance company doubled their initial offer and we were able to avoid going to trial! I am so grateful for BDJ's help and would highly recommend them to anyone needing personal injury representation.

I worked with Sarah Quigley and Amanda McComb. I was referred to Sarah to help with a car accident claim. At first I tried doing everything myself and was getting nowhere quick. Previously I had never needed a lawyer for anything, I didnt know what to expect and I was nervous. I had a consultation with Sarah and Amanda, we talked about my case and told her my concerns and they gave me the most honest answer they could from the experience they have. It was exactly what I was looking for and from that moment I felt so much relief.

After agreeing to work with them everything went better then expected. They communicated every step of the way, letting me know what they were sending out and what part of the process we were in. I was able to go back to regular life and work. I relied 100% on them to help me get through this and they did not let me down.

My case is over now and I am extremely happy with how everything ended. If I could give them 10 or 100 stars I would. If you need help after being in an accident these are the 2 you want representing you!

DO NO TRUST! I have contacted these people 3 separate times. No response, no call back, nothing. Horrible service! I have also had 3 friends/family use them, heard nothing but bad things. I will definitely be taking my business else where. What a shame. They deserve 0 stars!
