Amanda is a nice person but nice people unfortunately it seems, make for lousy lawyers. She can file paperwork with the best of them but if your case goes to trial, God help you. She seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed by the moment. She was obviously intimidated by the oppossing parties lawyer. When during your lawyers argument they have an almost 30 second brain freeze, you know you are screwed. When during the court recess your lawyer admits to you "my brain hurts" you know you are really screwed. If your matter is heading for a settlement she IS the one for you, caring and considerate. But if there is even the remote possibility that you will have to go to trial I cannot recommend Amanda. She will leave you feeling unprepared and poorly represented.

This firm is great. The staff is professional. Attorney Natalie is direct and no-nonsense. She told me what she could and could not do for me and then did it. I knew I had a strong advocate in my corner. I will definitely be using this firm for all of my future legal needs.

They handled my divorced, I went through three different attorneys and they drained my bank account dry and then worked out a unfavorable settlement. I was dissatisfied with the way the case was handled and the settlement of the property! Ward & Co., Chtd did not represent my best interest most definitely! I do not recommend this firm for anything!!!!!!!!

Horrible. I lost my attorney that did two years of work after my mother decided to become an interested third party- I wiped out my 10K inheritance and paid it to them upfront. I pulled my records. They took about two days to go through them. In the mean time they filed on motion to quash the interested parties motion. Following week we mediated and did not go to the scheduled 4 day trail. Bob was not a good advocate for me. He spent more time staring at his shiny cowboy boots then negaotiting with the other two attorneys involved in the case. Finally- the interested party in their settlement agreed to pay $2500 in lawyer fees. 12500 is pretty good for three solid days of work? Right? No. They then went after me for every further dime they could (including BILLING for the free/ initial phone consult!)
They still wanted another 2.5k.
They garnished my bank account. And when there was only 1600 in their they filed more contempt charges. They say I was served. (I was not as the ex husband I had just divorced had died two days prior) I wasn’t at my residence. Then because I didn’t make it to their fictitious contempt hearing. They want to put a single mother of four with a special needs 10 month old in jail. Because they are so desperately needing the remainder. Vet your attorney!!!! This one is horrid

DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY IS THE WORSE IN THE WHOLE AREA. THEY NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU NEITHER RETURN YOUR CALL NOR THE EMAIL. BUT TO COLLECT YOUR MONEY THEY'RE NUMBER ONE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH AMANDA. SHE IS THE WORSE LAWYER.

First of all we were kept waiting for 30 minutes and after paying $100 for a 1 hour consultation. Right when my husband and I were getting ready to leave, Attorney Ward graced us with her presence, only to tell assume we hadn't paid a creditor- despite the fact we had paperwork to support the contrary. We left feeling taken advantage of, and ultimately $100 lighter in the pocket for bogus information. TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT!

From start to finish my experience with Amanda was flawless. She was always quick to return my calls and emails. If she was not available she would have someone in her office call me. She was knowledgeable and compassionate. I have nothing but positive things to say about her. I don't live close to her office, but she was worth the drive. Thank you for being you, YOU ROCK!

The receptionist are great!! The environment is warm and friendly. My attorney had a nice personality. However, if you're interested in an aggressive divorce attorney... MEN, THIS MAY NOT BE THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!! My attorney initially expressed that my prenuptial agreement should be enforceable. However, she presented zero case law in court to defend it and the opposing party presented a weak interpretation of case law to refute it (apparently, case law is king). My attorney had no rebuttal or clue as to the case the opposing party was referencing. After the prenup was only partially enforced, I want to appeal. My attorney folded like a deck of cards. She had no fight in her! She heavily discouraged an appeal. She said the process was undesirable and that it would made me look as if I wanted to stall the process. Furthermore, she strongly suggested that I offer a six figure settlement!! Maybe this firm is good at general legal processing, but as for a STRONG, toe to toe attorney... you may want to search elsewhere.

At times, I felt as if I was not only battling the opposing attorney, but my own. When I decided to settled on an agreement, I asked for extra wordage that I wanted in the contract. After debating my attorney, via email and phone, she conceded to my request and then charged me for the back and forth that she caused!

Finally, I felt as if my attorney invented ways to charge me for unnecessary services. After I told her not to do anything else because my ex-wife and I had come to an agreement, and that her services were no longer needed, she still found ways to charge me hundreds of extra dollars for services that, I believe, didn't affected the case's outcome.

Not a super bad firm, but I believe I could have done just a good by myself, with paralegal counseling.

Absolutely wonderfully friendly office. Worked with me through one of the most difficult times of my life. Handled the estate of my late husband plus my realestate purchase. Always answered my questions quickly and efficiently. When they did not have an absolute answer they were honest and always got back to me with the right answer. I had an appointment for a consultation at 2pm I arrived early & sat there until 2:35pm without speaking to anyone. This opened my eyes to realize they don't care about there clients & from they lost my business. I got up & left I would not recommend this law firm.

This lawyers' knowledge of the law is completely laughable.
I had the worst possible experience with this firm! I would highly advise anyone with a legal issue to steer clear this firm. Their attorneys are arrogant, unprepared and seemingly unconcerned about the value that they provide to their clients.This is an awful firm with horrible client service.

You will pay out the nose for the new attorneys who don't know what they are doing. They will learn on the job, on your dime. Better off paying for a very experienced lawyer than taking the "cheap(er)" way out. They bill you for everything, your consultation is free for only 30 minutes, then they will send you a bill any minute over the 30 minutes, if you end up retaining them. All about money. If you pay your bill one day late, they threaten to withdraw from your case. They will call you before your bill is even due to make sure you are paying it. They will start sending emails, letters and filing lawsuits against you if you are late on your bill at any point.

Terrible lawyers, they are useless and lack experience. Staff is clueless and rude. They messed up my case and my life big time. One of their attorneys, Pratz was disbarred for failing to represent his clients with negligence and reasonable diligence, for charging unreasonable fees and for messing with the client's trusts accounts. The owner, who is rude and arrogant,wants to hide this fact by changing the firm's name.. find out how many malpractice lawsuits they have and do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They only care about your money.

Sarah was the attorney assigned to my case at her previous firm. I cannot imagine a more incompetent lawyer. I was billed thousands for "review" and when I asked her for proof of all this "review" (notes, draft, excel sheets, whatever) she said no such thing. Then she spent a lot of time (I'm sure billable) on the phone and email playing therapist instead of focusing on her job to get the case ready. All in all, I was down several thousand dollars with them with absolutely NOTHING to show for it. Seeing how they operate I quickly terminated my relationship with them. Unfortunately this kind of thing you can only learn from trial and error. It's up to you if you want to learn from MY trial and error.
