The Carey Law office was incredible in taking in taking the stress of the case off my shoulders, getting me throw my case effectively and efficiently.

Mr. Carey represented me for a speeding ticket (93 in 65). His knowledge of the legal system was impressive. He expeditiously prepared for trial by filing all pretrial motions (representation, discovery, suppression, speedy trial...). I was notified of all activity and communicated with the office easily via their secure online system. He advised I attend a specific Defensive Driving course which was a very good class where I learned a lot. On the day of court, Mr. Carey spoke with the officer before trial and an agreement was made to drop the charge to 84 mph, which is a two point ticket. I agreed to this. My driving class certificate and my resume were presented to the judge when Mr. Carey asked for Probation Before Judgement. PBJ was granted. The only glitch was the wrong speed (94 mph) ended up in the court record. I asked Mr. Carey to please fix it. He immediately filed the paperwork for the transcript and then the motion to amend the speed (& didn't charge extra). It was corrected. I'm very happy with the results. I highly recommend Mr. Carey.
