I would never recommend this lawyer to represent anyone. I had a dui and blew high he made promises he couldn’t keep. The day of my trial he showed up two hours late and did not stand up for me to the judge when they had wrong information. After my sentence he expressed his shock and told me he would do everything he could to get it fixed but could not do so. He is after your money and that is all.

Mr. Cochran is by far the most self serving, manipulating, hateful person I have had the displeasure to run into. He had made an inappropriate remark to my husband who paid him very well, to obtain him as a lawyer. I called him to have a simple adult conversation about his remark to my husband, much to my disgust he called me a lewd name, stating his disposition on the matter with out allowing me to calmly ask about the matter, then hung up on me. When I called back he again made crude remarks, threatened to charge me with legalities and again hung up. This "lawyer" is not out to help people but rather tear them apart, even when he is rolling in their cash.

From the start of our first phone call, Drew made everything very pain free for me. He is one of the few lawyers that picks up their phone for their clients. His office manager Michelle is very squared away and readily available to help as well. I hope I never see Drew again but if I do, he has me covered.

My situation:
Had a traffic ticket for a "Failed to Yield" that resulted in a collision with another car and i requested for court.

I had less then a week to explain my case.

Called Drew for help with a court date only a few days out.

I explained my situation and he went to court for me and I didn't even have to show up at court.

Result: Found "Not Guilty" by the judge and had to pay nothing for the ticket and no points on my license. Worth every bit I spent.

Price: The amount I paid was a fraction of what I would've paid the insurance company for the amount of points that I would have landed on my license.

This lawyer is a joke! Called him to ask about a gun issue. He doesn’t even know Maryland laws. After trying to explain things multiple times. He hung up on me twice. I found Drew through an independent website called AVVO and after reading his reviews from his own personal website I contacted him early one morning. This was an extremely important case that we entrusted in him as a guilty finding on a suspended license ticket could have resulted in up to a year of jail time but could have also violated her probation. From that first phone call to the day we walked out of the court room, Drew was professional and very knowledgeable on specific laws affecting her case. We walked into the court house that afternoon and waited for about 10 minutes as Drew talked to the States' Attorney. Drew then came over to us to tell us that they were dropping the charges.
