The worst attorney I’ve hired! At first time met he spoken so professionally giving me all the trust and believe in him.He allowed me to text and call him and he’ll call back as soon as he can, once I texted him and called him NO Response! The first time court hearing he gave me wrong courtroom #! Mooney didn’t interview or ask for more detail about the case. Whenever I ask Mooney when can my brother get release or bail bond, he kept pushed the date to Next week after next for the whole 6 months and never have an accurate dates. Never seen an attorney like this that can never keep his words!

This Firm is Overrated. I had Retained this Firm on Several occasions and was under the Impression that Thomas Mooney would be representing the family, however on the Two(2) most Important Court Dates an Attorney/Associate from the Mooney showed up to Represent Us and We had No Knowledge of this Person Appearing on the Firm's Behalf. And to add Insult to Injury, the Attorney/Associate had "No" Knowledge of the Case. We are Still Hurting... There's a young African-American male they're at the Firm & they would Assign to Black families and these Guys play on Your Intelligence. Its "No" way that this Law firm has all of these2-3 month old Reviews. The Jails dont Reflect the Reviews as being Truthful. Research...

My BIGGEST MISTAKE was hiring this lawyer. This office lied to me stating that they never received my discovery package. Yet apparently, when i visited the office and refused to leave until they found it, they did so (5 mins later) and it was marked that they received it one month prior. Before this incident I had NO PRIOR CONVICTIONS, POLICE UNLAWFULLY SEARCHED MY HOME (AND DIDN'T GET A SEARCH WARRANT UNTIL 12 HRS LATER -- WHICH MOONEY WAS AWARE OF), DETAINED FOR 12 HOURS... WITH ALL OF THIS, MOONEY ADVISED ME TO PLEAD TO A FELONY! DO NOT TRUST IS MY ADVICE!!!
