I had Retained this Firm on Several occasions and was under the Impression that Thomas Mooney would be representing the family, however on the Two(2) most Important Court Dates an Attorney/Associate from the Mooney showed up to Represent Us and We had No Knowledge of this Person Appearing on the Firm's Behalf.
