The presiding US bankruptcy judge congratulated Team Nelson for getting the confirmation approved. The judge noted that it is "very rare" for the courts to render an approval on a personal Chapter 11 filing.

The Chapter 11 process to seek plan confirmation is much more rigorous than other bankruptcy filings and requires great skills, especially concerning the rights of the creditors. Both my wife and I are very glad we made the right choice!

Going through a divorce and custody battle is extremely stressful and emotional event. A friend referred me to Attorney Nelson after using her services with satisfying results. Attorney Nelson meet with me initially, reviewed my case and was very upfront with the possible out comes and fees.
