The best lawyer ever, thank you Mr. Ghobadi for your all hopes and assistance

I hired Mr Ghobadi to assist with me my case in 2017 .Mr Ghobadi constantly kept giving me run the around for filing my case, Kept insisting ,he was working on my case and putting the file together .Mr Ghobadi miss guided me during the entire process and caused me dire stress, frustrations and additional hardship by filing incomplete forms, which kept delaying my case. Mr Ghobadi did not submit the required forms on time and submitting incomplete information.His websites on Facebook also has additional customer complaining about his services and cost.I wished I had read prior to sigining up.Save your money and time and avoid his services.He is conman and big lair.I have also written to bar to take actions against him.It cost me three timesm what it would have if I had hired honest reputable attorney.

Jahangir Ghobadi is a FRAUD. He is either the most incompetent lawyer I have ever interacted with or just a conman who likes to steal peoples money & do NOTHING for them. My father hired him to apply for an OFAC license for him, something that should have been simple to do & should have been completed in about one months time. It has been MONTHS, and Ghobadi has done NOTHING. He claimed he filed for a license, however his letter to OFAC was so poorly written that OFAC responded saying it was insufficient for them to be able to give my father a license. Rather than Ghobadi correcting his wrongs and refilling with OFAC, he took the hard stance that the response from OFAC is in fact my fathers license. I CAN ASSURE YOU IT IS NOT. I am currently a law student, and regardless of that, anyone with a pulse could realize that what OFAC sent was not a license and merely a letter stating they have insufficient information from our lawyer. Ghobadi caused my family to lose thousands and thousands of dollars due to his incompetence and as a law student I am truly disgusted we allow people like him to practice. He is nothing but a money hungry conman who likes to take advantage of people. You should be ashamed of yourself Ghobadi for living your life this way. You are literally ruining people’s lives and you don’t give a damn. SHAME ON YOU. Also, I’m currently filing with VA & DC Bar against you. Good luck.

Mr. Ghobadi will give false hope and poor professional guidance. As soon as he gets payments from clients, he will stop all communication with client and drop the cases. He refuses to follow VIRGINIA RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT. He refuses to show bills for his work. He will randomly charge client and when client asks for bills, he threatens the client to drop the case.

I have personally faced major harassment by Mr. Ghobadi and spent close to $18000 to complete my case. To this date Mr. Ghobadi refused to show the bills for his work. Of this bill, Mr. Ghobadi charged me $3000 for the court reporter to attend the court for 7 hours and Mr. Ghobadi refused to show the bill from Court reporter. When I have contacted the court reporter, the court reporter also refused to send me the bill. Later I have discover that the court report and Mr. Ghobadi are very close friend. Mr. Ghobadi refuses to give me clear and truth answers to my questions. I was always confused as to what was going on with my case. He will refuse to provide me with the legal documents for my cases. He uses me as his secretary to organize my case and print all of my supporting documents. He refuses to organize all of my supporting document before going to the court. He will never prepare me before going to the court. He will always ask me to lie to the judge.

The opposing counselor of my case was also harassed by Mr. Ghobai because Mr. Ghobadi refuses to communicate honestly and truthfully. Based on my personal experience with Mr. Ghobadi, i would strongly advice everyone to stay away from him. Not sure how to take this one star back, apparently I have to give at least one star to be able to rate. Because Mr. Ghobadi does not deserve any star. He snached $3500 from me to follow on a collection case, he litterally did not do ANYTHING for me, I insist NOTHING.
Every time I called, he gave me false hopes and wrong information and bunch of lies that he never performed as my lawyer on my behalf. He is truly a Conman and not trustable, I insist he is not trustable and at the end after playing with me enough and wasting my time, he told me he can't do anything on this case and I should pursue this with a collection lawyer. He did not give me any money back even after I tried 3 times and wrote to Virginia bar against him to get my money back. I took that $3500 out of my student loan account at the time with the hope he could help me, but I totally squander that money over this useless lawyer which I never forget in my life. He has no moral and all he cares about is money, money and money not you.
