I had consulted with several lawyers before him, but I had no doubts that he was the one in the first meeting.

We have been in limbo for over two weeks now, called over 8 times and left two email messages. The secretary was nice and he kept reassuring us he was getting the messages but didn't know why he wasn't getting back to us. We paid a retaining fee and all, and all we wanted was some sort of communication telling us how things were going. When he interviewed my wife and I, he kept going off on tangents about other things rather than discussing our immigration case. He also told us that my brother, who has been illegally here for 14 years could apply for asylum, which is completely false. This attorney does not know immigration laws and will just take your money and not do anything with your case. He seems very disorganized and several of the clients that were there waiting for him also complained that he had not done anything with their cases after they had provided the necessary tax and other documents he asked for. The paralegal and translator who helped us were very nice but the treatment they received from Mr. Johnson was inhumane and not polite at all; I was shocked when he literally threw a file at her desk and yelled at her to do something in front of us. I would cancel my case with him had I not paid a lot of money upfront. Now we are stuck with not only a rude and unknowledgeable attorney, but we are concerned that our case will just be forgotten in his huge pile of cases. If I could do this all over again, I would definitely go with another attorney.

Attorney Johnson is a horrible lawyer and person. He will talk to you like he’s going to really do something but nothing gets done besides him taking your money. He will only tell you a random list of names of “people he knows” to try to impress you when in reality those people probably don’t exist. He never answers the phone and won’t return calls. His business thrives in preying on families in despair. He has also been disciplined by the State of Maryland and is currently on probation... do your own research, there are many sites that are public with a bunch of complaints he has received.

My green card process was pending for years, i tried a couple of lawyers and didn't solve my problem. After i talk to Mr Johnson, he went through all my paper work and i got my green card with in short period of time, three years later i went back for my citizenship and i got it in few months, he follow up the case and update me each and every step, i want to say thankyou thankyou thankyou very much for his wonderful jobs and cooperative staffs.

Worst communication I have ever encountered in a law office, getting him to return my calls or answer my emails is impossible. His office had my wife's ds260 packet sitting in a drawer for 4 months when it should have been sent to immigration, the packet was complete all they had to do was send it but instead they stuffed it in a drawer and forgot about it, now I have to update all the info in the packet taxes, pictures,letters ect. I paid over 2,500 for his services and I regret every Pennie of it. I have to be on his ass in order for him to do what I paid him to do. I really don't think he cares about his customers.i have been his client for 3 years. Save yourself the headache!! Go somewhere els.
