I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy. I’m not sure what I paid for, but I basically drafted my PSA myself and Ms. Rice added boilerplate language. I am still suffering from the lack of attention paid to my case while other clients’ court dates approached. I repeatedly voiced concerns about mounting fees based on the instability of my ex which were never addressed. Ms. Sandler and Ms. Rice have a revolving door or legal assistants and don’t hold your breath if you need a quick response, or any response in some instances.

We highly recommend Tracey Lenox, who defended our son in a reckless driving charge. She pulled out all the stops, helped us understand the charges, and we had her work with our son on his defense. The outcome was better than we could have hoped, given it was in Prince William county, where they have the harshest sentences for reckless. Our experience with her and her team were excellent and we would use her again.

I went through a long drawn out divorce from someone who was using the court system as a weapon to bully me. He made it clear early on he did not want to settle, he wanted to fight. My first lawyer was dogmatic however very expensive and we didn't communicate well. We decided to part ways and both she and an attorney who I consulted with directed me to Cassandra Chin at NZS. They were well-regarded in Prince William County and considered strategic and "tenacious" in their approach. Cassandra specifically was consider to leave "no stone upturned" by her peers. I have a knack for details as well and believed me and my children would be in good hands which we were.

What were some specific actions or ways we/I helped you? Cassandra and her assistant Renee greatly reduced my anxiety around the entire divorce process. I was in a David and Goliath fight with a rich ex and I had limited funds via maxing out credit cards. Every penny spent was spent on wise logical strategy. I can't begin to say enough about Mr. Hollingsworth and the great job he did in representing my daughter over a youthful indiscretion that could have haunted her the rest of her life if it weren't for him.

First off, Mr. Hollingsworth did an excellent job of letting us know what we were up against and was very honest in regards to the uphill battle we were facing. He clearly explained the documentation we needed to obtain in order to help explain to the court the mitigating circumstances and what steps my daughter needed to take in order to show the court that she was trying to atone for her mistake.

Don't let Mr. Hollingsworth's calm, relaxed and personable demeanor fool you: he will fight very hard and relentlessly for his clients. During the 90 minutes we were in court prior to the trial, unlike other attorneys who were looking at their cell phones, Mr. Hollingsworth was in negotiations with the prosecutor, talking with the sheriff and conferring with other attorneys in order to find the best strategy to deal with the prosecutor that didn't like pleas and our fair but tough judge.

In the end, we got the best possible outcome because: 1) Mr. Hollingsworth was well prepared; 2) Was able to pivot during the day of trial in order to present our case in the best possible light given the prosecutor and judge we wound up with; 3) We were prepared due to his guidance. After the trial, Mr. Hollingsworth took the time to meet with my daughter to help her sort through what happened at the trial and to inform her of possible outcomes should she have any more"youthful indiscretions."
