In 2012 I suffered a brain injury that threatened to end my career and ruin my family financially. Mr. Edward Allen and his firm were key to getting my quality of life back. While I and my family still deal with the reality of that injury, the Allen's made life after that injury so much better. I had gotten into a car accident in November and I was told that I could relly on these people but the lawyer I got didn't return my phone calls after I was able to go home I had to go to court by myself and face a judge which in the end I still have medical bills I can use but I can't because my lawyer never calls me back this is my first time in the legal system with this sort of thing and I will NEVER use this company again or refer anyone to it.

I had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a car accident where I suffered significant injuries to my head, neck, and back. I contacted Chris Toepp, a superb lawyer who work for the Allen, Allen, Allen, & Allen. Upon meeting Chris at my initial intake interview, he made me feel comfortable by first asking me questions about how I felt and to keep seeking medical care to get me back healthy. He also focused on the circumstances which brought me to see him in the first place - the accident. Chris focused on specific areas and reassured me that it wasn’t my fault and that he would ensure that I receive the legal representation that was needed and not to worry about the case but to focus on the care needed for my health. He or his legal assistant, Betsy Zepeda, would contact me at least once a month to find out how I was doing and to keep me updated about the case. Chris also checked on me by calling and texting from his personal cell phone. He was always available if I had a question and when he was busy, he would call or text me back within 24 hours.

The person who caused the accident insurance company continued to low ball me for 18 months and only provided two very low offers. Chris provided me solid advice and recommended that we go to trial. When my court date came, I met with Chris for two hours prior to the trial. He thoroughly prepared me and then let me head out to get me some lunch while he stayed in his office conducting further preparation.

When the trial started, Mr. Toepp provided his opening comments without looking at any notes. It was very impressive to see how well he articulated and recalled key events of my accident and how much I had suffered because of the crash. In addition his closing remarks were conducted from memory and again didn’t look down one time at his notes. Because of his experience, knowledge and skill, I was awarded the maximum amount which ended up being two and a half times what the insurance company offered me. Chris Toepp is the epitome of what any client want in a lawyer - compassionate,, smart, articulate, and tenacious. He never waivered on what my case was truly worth and made me believe in him and his firm from the first day we met.
