This woman is an answered prayer, she managed to get a pretty nasty and high stakes case that arose from New Year's Shenanigans dismissed in Preliminary hearings.... I wasn't even aware that was possible.

I scroll and notice Rachelle Howell and recognize her vaguely . I remember her tone and how she very direct with words and thought “this is what I need “. Too many soft gentle voices now in the law ferm “. They don’t speak up in this generation. I need a women who don’t care about personal issues and know “get in and get out “. So I made an appointment, she agree to take my case . Turn out she was in a snap of a finger got my case in order . Of course more issues happen , she went right back and of course got it right back in order . She really good , really good . If she witness you don’t “bull” bs her . She 100% honest right back . I’ve watch this women fight for (6) months straight with my battle and she has been loyal to the case and yes ,she is high price but she understand people have bills . She brutally honest and will tell you what needs to be done and if (you the client) do so , she’ll make sure it shown in court your are qualify for the best of the best .

Allowed me to enter into a divorce agreement that my ex came back and completely reversed in two years. THEN sat on my court docs for months without forwarding. Absolutely warn against.

Disappointed and looking for a new attorney.

Terrible attorney. Just stops answering the phone when she doesn't want to represent you any longer.
So I paid her $1500 which she assured me we would get back from my ex because he was with holding my share of his retirement assets years after the divorce. After she got this check she went to court 1 time and then stopped answering all my calls. When she went to court for me she set up my Quadro for the 5 retirement accounts of my exhusband's that I was entitled to, after receiving a copy of my divorce decree that clearly stated I was to get 50% of 5 retirement accounts, she got 1 out of the 5 accounts disbursed to me before she quit answering phone calls and played "dead"!
Rachelle, I'll post pictures of the paperwork showing you did represent me since you want to lie online to save face. In fact I may need to file a complaint with the bar also because you cost me thousands of dollars.

Be aware! She took $2,000 of my money, promised to handle my divorce. After a month passed, she did not contact me to start the process. I then found out she turned off her phone, didn't show up to her office and ran away with my money. After 6 months and a bad check she wrote me for $2000, I finally got my money back. Then I hired a new lawyer to handle my divorce.

I contacted Rachelle about a divorce and child custody case. Explained my situation and the outcome I expected/wanted. She took very good care of me and when the case was settled I retained 100% of my property, money, and had SOLE custody of my son. I could not have been represented any better! She gets the job done! I highly recommend her for any of your legal needs. Also, her retainer was very reasonable compared to other attorneys I had contacted.

Pathetic attorney. Took 1000.00 from my husband and hasn't returned a phone call since November. Missed 2 court dates. One was today. We were approached by another attorney from her building only 2 be told she has been evicted from their office, and we would have to be apart of a civil suit against her. Apparently multiple people have been scammed by her recently. Now we are out money and have 2 find another attorney by March 4!!!!! She should be ashamed of herself.

Rachelle Howelle, "Attorney at Law" of Louisville, KY. She is currently being investigated by the Bar Association on Multiple Federal offenses. She has SCAMMED MULTIPLE PEOPLE (my best friend being one of them) out of thousands of dollars by charging them a retainer fee of $1500 - $2000 then never being heard from again. She charges your credit card before ever meeting with you - then does not show up to your appointment or cancels- then is never heard from again. These issues have been going on for over 3 years but have seemed to increase over the past year. Now, when you call her office on Main St. in Louisville, KY and her cell the mailbox is full. The dishonesty and blatant STEALING is ruining innocent people's lives financially who have instilled trust in her. This is not an attack on her personally, however, a WARNING for other single mom's she may try to scam in the future. Please search all reviews on this woman before trusting her services- and if you have been a victim of her crimes, please TAKE A STAND so this does not happen to anyone else.

Rachelle N. Howell is absolutley the worst lawyer. She does not return emails, text or phone calls. She is never prepaired for court and when she was ordered to send any paperwork to the court she does not do it.

She is hit or miss when it comes to sending you any court orders from the Judge. She does not file any court orders on your behalf when you ask her too.

I emailed, called and text Rachelle everyday for a month and she, not once, responded. Everytime we went to court she was unprepaired. I felt like I was representing myself.

I have a new law firm and when I told them why I left Rachelles practice, they told me a good amount of their new clients are all former clients of Rachelle with the exact same complant.

I regret using Rachelle, just as much as I regret marring my X-Wife.

Called and asked about getting an appointment was very rude didn't ask my name and didn't seem to care about the situation at all. She said she could meet any day at 5pm explained to her I didn't get off from work until 4:30 she still wanted to schedule after I told her I worked on east end of town and with traffic couldn't make it until 5pm ... She said ok and hung up.... Very rude sounds snobby wouldn't reccomend with how she treated me on phone.

I would not recommend Rachelle to anyone who is seeking legal help at all. I believe that she is a scam and does not care about her clients. I didn't have any problems contacting Rachelle Howell until I paid her 1500 dollar retainer in full. Then she neglected me. Would not respond to any form of contact. By phone, text and email. She also had not showed up for an appointment I set with her. She takes ever bit of time she possibly can to deal with any case. I felt as if I was the least on her priority list, and she had already been paid.come to find out that I am not the only victim of hers. And now it has been 3 weeks since I have seen my son do to her selfishness and 1 star is over rating for her.

Rachelle is incompetent. She filed an appeal a DAY late causing it to be dismissed, that is law 101. She lost me thousands of dollars and valuable time with my children,we suffered irreparable damage and hard due to her lack of willingness to do what she was way overpaid to do. Her motions read like a fifth graded wrote them. I won my case after I hired another attorney, I won 100% in a very short time. I wasted too much time with her giving her chance after chance, she lies, hides the truth from you, she's shady and does things behind your back.
