Not happy with your service paid $1600.00 dollars for an emergency hearing for our son to get his kids the first of January who's divorce decree gave joint custody to him. You said hearing would be a few weeks. Then it was March 8th. Now on March 3rd after a phone call to your office since we haven't heard anything from you you say now it's April 17th.... I hope you are as good as they say. If these were your kids I bet you wouldn't have to wait 4 months. My Christmas tree is still up for these babies. Indiana's laws suck for parents rights and should be changed. I guess if I kick her door in it's no longer a civil suit, but at least I will know if their ok since the police can't even see them when she won't open the door for a welfare check.....
