When I started this whole process I wanted a lawyer who I knew would leave no stone unturned. The whole process was quick and painless. He and his staff move quickly with communication time and answering questions accurately. Working with Nick was a huge stress relief considering I had garnishments and levies in place. All of that has stopped now and I get a fresh start. Nick was up front and honest about what would be discharged and what wouldn't so there was no ambiguity. During my court appearance we were at the stand for maybe 60 seconds. Which was a surprise considering I had many issues in my case that should have raised questions from the trustee, I had moved, and was part of 2 different businesses and also was unemployed for a while and had multiple sources of income. Yet the trustee didn't bat an eye. I saw other lawyers who charged just as much as Nick and literally forgot parts of thier clients case.
