I do not recommend using this firm. Many mistakes. I had a court date that they didn't notify me of. Didn't seem like she really cared about my case. I still have unresolved issue that I can't get a response on.

Susan Ward is a brand and nothing else. I can't put into words the number of issues that were mismanaged by her associate. You won't find due diligence here. He is a weak attorney and will not be a strong advocate for you. In the end it felt as if he was working for the opposition. When I received my bill I had to requests credits for things that should not have been billed. Would you pay $75 to find out what time and where your hearing is being held? Run away!
