My case was a little different than most auto accident cases. I was a passenger in a vehicle whose hood popped off in the middle of the highway 55 in the left lane. As soon as that happened Progressive came back and offered us an amount that we could live with based on the facts and circumstances, as well as my injuries, from the collision in question.
