The staff here is as courteous as they can be but they are office girls in a nice law firm so their idiosyncrasies are more than apparent.

I expected to have my case handled by one of the titular attorneys but instead had to go with an associate. The attorney I did have is an excellent attorney. Mr. Wittner did everything in his power to assure and prepare me for the trial. He absolutely mopped the floor with the prosecutor's argument. The judge even admitted this after the case.

The judge made the call to go against all of the evidence and argument and just side with prosecution because feelings.

Scott Rosenblum is an amazing attorney. A family member of mine was wrongfully accused of a felony in early December. Mr. Rosenblum made sure charges were not filed and today, we got word that the case was dismissed. This man is crazy good at what he does! He managed to restore our family life in a little over a month. We will be eternally grateful. His rates are high, but his services are worth every penny.

I was desperate to get help over a court matter and Fenton probation violation when my cases were previously dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The elements of my case were just pushed aside psychically in court by the attorney who took my case, and did not even looked at them. I had plenty documentation of the discrepancies and typed proof the probation violation was not over what the court was accusing me of, and the fact the judge in those cases had dismissed them from previous attorney. I paid for services and did not get any. Instead I got a imposition of sentence with probation which has effected me with problems getting employment and providing for my daughter. I am a bit disappointed things didn't work out to well. The attorney (not going to mention) was paid to just show up in court and didn't contact my therapist or care much about my diagnosis. If anyone cared I suffered greatly from PTSD from ongoing abusive treatment I received from a negative encounter with police and a church. Placed in mental health court over a church I been a member of 20 years and labeled a terrorist posing a threat to a place of worship was a bit too ambiguous. I was charged with trespassing and not by the property owner. I was slandered and lied to and about, and paying for help didn't help it contributes to the debt my family suffers from from being abused in a church. I had been terrified in my trial and did not have a lawyer then, I was shot down and nothing I said to defend myself mattered, I had been suicidal and had communication problems because I had TBI. I had illegal trial and placed on probation when the City of Fenton doesn't have probation. I thought I'd receive more help from this firm.

Matt Fry is an amazing attorney. I found myself in an unfortunate situation where I had made a mistake and faced a serious legal issue. Matt was able to analyze the case, and realize that there was pending litigation in the Missouri Supreme Court that could directly effect the outcome of my case. Where a lessor attorney may not have even been aware of the pending case and would have advised me to take a plea deal. Because of his knowledge, Matt has able to navigate the legal system effectively so the Supreme Court decision could be used in my case and ultimately got the charges reduced to something insignificant. His advice and counsel was valuable and reassuring. He always returned my phone calls and texts in a timely manner.
