The most horrific experience. I called this firm because of their reviews being so good. I explained the situation and set up a call with Charles Moore. I am in a different time zone, so when he called at the time of the call (2 minutes past his assumed time), I quickly explained and apologized that I must have been thinking it was my time zone, not theirs.. AND BEFORE I COULD SAY that this time worked just fine for me and continue the situation he replied “Call my secretary and schedule another time...” and immediately hung up without letting me say a word!

I called the main office and stated how rudely I had just been treated by Mr Moore and the secretary said “I’ll let him know. Thank You” ...

Needless to say, I won’t be using this firm for my lengthy litigation. I’ll take my business and money elsewhere.

This is a delicate field of estates, death, and trusts of our loved ones who have passed.. I can’t believe the level of impatience and lack of compassion.

Despite a fairly humble office next door to the DMV, Chuck Moore and team including Margoth are pro’s and don’t miss a detail... turn-keying complex estate planning. We were ready for a refresh after ten years since our first estate plan was established...kids & guardians older, etc....Chuck got us updated “soup-to-nuts” in approx 30 days....including updates based on last year’s tax overhaul, as well as spotting several areas to simplify. Chuck gave us a recipe for titles and beneficiary designations across our accounts saving us a lot of time. Even connected us with a referral for counsel in Florida to record an updated deed on our second property. 5 stars.

I came to this law center to do my Trust & Will. My attorney Chuck made my experience very comfortable with his out going personality. I am a young mother of 2 with cancer & doing a Will was scary for me, but they made this dark situation so bright & positive & I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

My experience with Charles more and his secretary was nothing but positive. I have a mess on my hands and really needed someone who could break it down and get me started in the right direction. I called and got the secretary Cara who asked some obvious type questions to pass on to Mr. Moore. I was able to schedule a call with in the week and recieved a call promptly before our time started. He was able to ask direct questions to quickly get the important information and gave me several additional links to information that was helpful and even found copies of documents I would need. I was impressed with how much information we were able to go over. He was a huge help.
