Work comp claims are impossible to handle by yourself. Thought injured employees could, but soon found out you need a work comp lawyer. Initially, I was not represented but found out quickly I needed a lawyer after the medical was cut off for my knee and lower back and I was sent back to work in pain. Top lawyer in St. Louis if you have a Missouri Workers Compensation case. Herniated a disk and had to have fusion surgery. The work comp case manager fought the claim and treatment the entire time.
