The building owners are money grubbers. I work in that building. Its just one thing after another. The owners never actually fix anything they just do minor repairs until the next time something happens, kind of like just putting a bandaid on a problem when they need to do surgery instead.

I did not know much about lawyers but I had a painful learning experience here for sure. At least I can say my $400 consultation fee went to my real world education fees.
A very nice couple I know asked around and referred me too a lawyer at this firm, specifically Edward C. Clausen. When I called to arrange a consultation with Mr. Clausen I was told he would not be available anytime soon but I could set up a consultation with one of his associates that was available. I take full blame for not having an understanding pertaining too the meaning of associate. I asked what exactly that meant. The secretary stated that she was referring to someone working in the same office as Mr. Clausen and that was able to obtain assistance from Mr. Clausen as needed. This was a person that he trusted. I was referred to Mr. Clausen because of his reputation. Unfortunately I paid the same fee to speak to an associate of his. An associate is a brand new lawyer with little experience and in this case little ability to make me feel OK about spending my money too speak with her. Kimberly J.Z. Hubbard did not present herself as someone with the ability to litigate what so ever. Unfortunately I paid $400 to sit at a table with this young woman who couldn't seem to fix her face. The looks worn on her face made me feel uncomfortable to say the least and when our meeting was over she acctually asked if I wanted to pay her an additional $4100 to have her, along with her horiffic expressions, represent me in a court of law. The extent of her representation offered was keeping me company as I lost everything I spent years working for. Along with losing the most important thing in my life, my daughter, to someone that had spent months relentlessly tormenting me and creating terrible environment for our child to be raised in. What sane individual could pay anyone that kind of money for those services. I went to this firm hoping too speak to an experienced attorney(a professional) and was instead tricked into spending my hard earned money to speak to an amateur that couldn't even wear a decent look on her face. For $400 she could have at least pretended to be a professional. I'm sorry that after hearing such promising things about Mr. Clausen that Ms. Hubbard was presented to me as a representation of his reputation.
