First off there should be an option to not leave any stars at all...These people talk a good game to get you to sign up with them but beware once you do you will be totally ignored right up until the time of your hearing...if it goes that far...it once took over 6 weeks for my wife to get a return phone call from them regarding a question about some paperwork she had...they had a message on their phone that said they would return your call within 24 hours ..but if you call us more than once you will be moved to the end of the call back list...Honest to god truth...you are a number to them...your case isnt handled by a lawyer it is handled by a paralegal..my wife has a problem with chronic depression and working with parmalee made her just cry for hours when they would not call her back or when they did call back they were VERY RUDE...dealing with filing for disability is stressful enough without having to have a paralegal treat you like you're bothering them when you do finally get in touch with them....if you are thinking of hiring them for your disability case i would think long and hard about it and read reviews and do your research before making a decision ..i wish we would have researched them before my wife signed the paperwork..if we would have we would not have used them...it has been just an awful experience......Please read the reviews before you consider this place ....especially if you have any kind of anxiety or depression problems like my wife has...i feel so bad for her having to go through this processs with this law firm...Thank you and God Bless

They treat you like you are the only client.

Absolutely worse attorneys or should I say paralegals cause ya never talk to an attorney and they don’t speak up at the hearing. Ya wait 3 years and never once see or hear from attorney. Never was treated right or responded after numerous calls. Never have I had such inadequate representation. They are not local and they do not call back and they do not build you a case. They take any and every case and till the dice. They want all your money but don’t want to do any work. Sorry but they couldn’t defend Jesus. Save time and money and go with anyone else. Go with anyone else other than these idiots.

I am a now 30 year old single mom with a medical list longer than most children’s books. I applied for disability approximately 5 times on my own before hiring Parmele. I was denied all five times!! I always did the leg work keeping My medical records up to date and getting documentation from each doctor and specialist trying my best to prove my case. I was terrified to hire a “lawyer” the word it’s self sounds scary, big and expensive. I agreed to set up a meeting with the law firm to hear them out. I met with Kristi at the office. Like playing the lottery. If you throw enough darts at the board you will defy the odds and get a few scores. More responses and only knew my case history after I won, then the calls were from them daily. Do yourself a favor and find someone who truely cares about you and your future.

Read the contract carefully - they don't tell you about their "expenses" clause, which looks to be basically anything they want to charge you. They also structure their fees so they have a vested interest in the original claim being denied, they make MUCH more money if it has to go to appeal.

You'll also be meeting with a para-legal with no attorney in sight.

I wasn't real impressed with the ethics of this place. I'm going elsewhere.
