Ashley Irwin has helped me with my divorce case, a contempt case, and a modification case (ranging from 2016-2020). She is very understanding and listened to my concerns. I presented Kristin Siegel with some very unusual circumstances when I retained her to represent me. The odds were against me because of the state statutes pertaining to the length of the marriage, pre marital agreement, and my disability, and no children. My husband and I had been looking for a good Lawyer to represent us to get a modification of custody and we were referred to Ashley Irwin by a coworker that had used her before and he also was very satisfied with her work.Prior to choosing Ashley we had tried a different lawyer which we ended up having to report her to the bar association for taking our money before we even returned her our paper work to get started she is now losing her license to practice which is such good news but after meeting with Ashley we knew she was the perfect person to represent us. I learned of Anita Rodarte from a colleague. She represented him in court. He won custody of his children...a difficult case for a father vs a mother.

I hired Anita Rodarte to handle a difficult family matter for me. Ultimately, it became a three day trial complete with expert witnesses. It was traumatic for me! However, Ms. Rodarte was extremely well prepared. During the trial, she used a three ring binder that was highly organized. She was prepared at every twist and turn. She even took further steps and presented the judge with a one page document that broke the complex issues into a simple "then and now" presentation.

At the conclusion of the trial, the judge ruled 100% in my favor and told the other party to pay court costs and a portion of my legal fees.

With the wrong lawyer, I would have lost almost everything. Those three days have stuck in my mind. I reflect on them often.
