Tina, the receptionist, is rude. After two questions she said they weren't interested. I asked her a few follow up questions and she did give me some answers. When I told a different attorney, who did take my case (and got me a great settlement), what she said, he told me she technically gave me legal advice and since she's not an attorney that it was unethical and highly inappropriate. Do not use this firm!! She made me feel like I didn't have a claim when I did. Who is running this place!?

Tina and Jon are great. They answer emails and phone calls quickly. They are very upfront with details regarding case. They care about you as a person not just the case. It was a pleasure working with them.
