Mr. Kapral agreed to take my case and sent me some forms the following day via Ms.Kapral at his lawfirm. I replied asking a question which Ms. Kapral responded to a day later asking me to ask Mr. Kapral directly as she didn't have the answer.
Before I could ask him, the same day, about 30 minutes after she emailed her response (which was asking me to re-ask my question to the attorney directly), he emailed me stating I had until the next business day to turn in all contract forms to him.
I sent him the question I'd asked, which he somewhat answered. I then asked one additional question which he replied to via email but did not answer. He instead told me to call to get an answer. I called and he was on the other line, so I emailed mentioning that I'd called. He emailed back asking me to call again (rather than just answering my question). So I called again and was told he'd stepped out. I emailed that I'd tried to call him again and just mentioned I couldn't make his "that day" deadline with the forms because at that point I didn't have access to a scanner (and I was waiting on him to answer my brief question). I just mentioned it because he'd said to send it to him by that day previously, when I was waiting on the firm to answer a simple question. He then emailed back and said he wasn't taking the case. He never answered the question. Very odd, pushy and unprofessional!

You will not fine a better group of attorneys anywhere. Class act. First class people. I highly recommend them.
