I would avoid this attorney at all costs. He was the closing attorney for the buyers of a property we sold. He made every step of the process more difficult than it needed to be, including charging extraneous fees, being non-communicative with our attorney (taking over 2 weeks to return emails and voicemails), and generally being unacceptably rude to our realtor. We had to extend closing by 2 weeks because he was not replying to our attorney or taking care of things on his end. He will ask you do the work and then expect you to pay him. If I could go back in time, I would refuse this buyer’s offer solely on the basis of having to work with this attorney. As a buyer, I would never hire him.

As an attorney, I have every confidence referring clients to Mr. Privette. He is friendly, knowledgable, and very thorough. I have used Anthony in my personal real estate matters. He gets the job done right.

Called trying to talk to a lawyer. Got some woman trying to diagnose my issue herself. She cut me off about 8 times trying to talk to her. I kept trying to explain what the issue was but before I could finish talking she would just cut me off to tell me what I need to do. I kept having to say no and further explain. She clearly didnt want to talk to me. When I yelled to the other room for my wife to bring some paperwork she said YOU ARE BEING VERY AGGRESSIVE SOMEONE ELSE WILL JUST HAVE TO CALL YOU BACK. When I tried to explain I was trying to get my wife attention in the other room she refused to listen and kept cutting me off more saying she wouldnt work with me. In my personal opinion I did not have a good experience trying to use this lawfirm.
