I am very disappointed in this law firm and would honestly not recommend them for any Elder law assistance. We went in needing a trust/will drawn up for my father at his request. He was very sick at the time and unable to travel. My Aunt and I stressed how time sensitive this was. Kessler talked a good game but he and his staff failed to deliver. We paid almost $2,000 dollars and they in my opinion didn't find our case important enough to finish the job they were paid well for. My father passed with nothing done not even a simple will. They did refund $1400 of the money paid for their non services. But of course the check was made out to the estate of my father. Now I am burdened as his only daughter with having to go through probate and pay more money needlessly to the government and who knows what else in order to get his affairs taken care of. This could have been avoided and should have if only they would have done their job and stood by their word. If your not a man of your word your not much of anything.

I was more than pleased with the prompt attention Johnny Hutchens gave my case and am thrilled with the outcome. He treated me with respect and kindness when dealing with a traffic issue. I am also excited to see that they deal with other aspects of the law. From my dealings with him and his firm, I can highly recommend getting in touch with him. You will not be disappointed.

Run as far from this Firm as fast as possible. They do not care about you, or your case. Over the course of a couple months, I was asked to pay over $12,000 on a 10 DAY MARRIAGE case (no kids, no marital property ETC). This firm got nothing done but time-wasting tasks that were useless, but billable hours for them. I had to hire another attorney to continue as this firm could obviously not handle the simplest task.

Good law office professional and handled our probate of father in-laws death very quickly. Would recommend them.

I was pulled over due to speeding more than 25 mph, I spoke to almost 10 lawyers and they all said that I will get points against my driver License as well as my insurance, and also depends on MD laws, they might suspend my license for a while. I was so lucky to be introduced to Austin who works at King law firm. He was so professional and walked me through the steps and things that might happen, not only that, but also he provided me with chances that could go right. At the end, King law firm managed to present my case with the best outcome which was improper equipment.

During the initial consultation, just note you will not be talking to an attorney. For $50 you will be told the same thing repeatedly for every question you ask. Which is... they can't answer that without having more information and looking into it further. Not one of my questions were answered. But I did learn if I hired them, they'd find out and let me know. I left out of there just as confused as when I walked in.

Awesome attorney for child custody knows what he is doing. The other side does not like to see him walk in. Worth every penny plus.
