Professional and effective

Was unable to reduce my speeding ticket fine. A radar was not used by the officer.

I felt like I was in an unfixable situation with the DMV and traffic courts. Got 2 tickets in Asheville and Curtis Sluder Law got the charges dismissed, I’m extremely happy with the results, thanks to Curtis Sluder Law Firm. I got to go back to work like this never happened.

Out of town client. Ticket was issued off Blue Ridge. Fine was $230. Rather than pay out on-line (and accept guilt) hired local Atty with great rep. Case dismissed! What you might compensate the Atty for, in the end, its worth it...considering Insurance hikes, points, ect, especially when the outcome is favorable. Thx!

yes my citation was reduced and closed, but communication was horrible. I had to contact them 3 times over a 5 week period of time to find out if the case was dealt with and received a number of mixed responses along the way from a deferment that didn't occur to oh yes, it's closed.

When asked for any documentation I was declined and that they will not respond to me any longer. I called the County and found out what the penalty was and feel very over charged for a 3 minute blurb in front of a judge. oh well, don't speed in NC.

I hired Sluder Law firm to represent me in court for a speeding ticket. I will begin begin by saying that they were very professional and knowledgeable. Their going rate at the time was $800 for a reckless driving citation (91mph/65mph). I was informed over the phone that this could be reduced to a non moving violation and reckless was to be dropped.

I contacted at least 3 other lawyers in the area (Polk County) prior to my court date who all quoted me $500 for a reckless dismissal and speeding reduced to 9 over.

The final verdict after my court date confirmed that speeding was reduced to 9 over and reckless was dismissed.

Use your best judgement when choosing a lawyer for a traffic ticket. I could have saved myself $300 had I used better judgement.

Wow! From the second that I started mY interaction with this law firm. To the day I'm sitting here writing this review. This firm has been nothing but outstanding. I reached out to this firm a week before my wife's court day, it was a 15 mph over speed limit ticket, and they spent countless hours working and staying in contact with me, and was even able to get a full dismissal. They charge you reasonably, and the best part about it, they are still hundreds of dollars cheaper than some of the firm's around town.
